The title says everythig. Can I make runs in elona???

Yes and No.

Yes you can run around to mission towns before they even become missions alot of places, there aren't gaurds outside that say "We can't let you in" or anything. Unlike in Factions where entering the town the first time signaled the mission briefing cutscene, now some waypoint or NPC outside the town linkedto some quest will signal the mission breifing for that town.

But no also because there are again things like THK and Sanctum Cay - Missions you have to beat to get to certain areas of the map.

Oh of course I didnt mean running across seas as going fire rign chain or going crystal desert. But they are like 3-4 in game as going main place from kamadan ...
